A stylish new hotel, certainly 5*, but not deluxe

The hotel has a compact territory with one large building. The reception is located on the top floor, and to reach the beach and the grounds, you need to go down.

The 1st, 4th, and 7th floors feature swim-up rooms.
Until May 15 and after November 1, the pools in these rooms are heated.

There is also a semi-Olympic pool with heating.
The pier opens from mid-May.

There is an adults-only pool with a swim-up bar.

The food is varied, and there is a wide selection of alcohol (including imported brands).

For children: a mini-club and an interesting playground.
There is a large water park with slides for both kids and adults.

The grounds are small, everything is within easy reach.
The interiors are modern, and the rooms are spacious.

It seems to me the sea just hadn’t been cleaned yet, as I didn’t see complaints in reviews, but I saw trash on the bottom with my own eyes. I’d give them a chance to fix this, and the hotel is definitely worth visiting.

Another note: although the hotel has the word “luxury” in its name, in my opinion it’s just a solid 5-star (I wouldn’t rank it alongside true deluxe-class hotels).
